The finished project, yum (and sitting on my mom's lovely hand woven place mat).
In a large bowl mix the following (stir it a bit as you add each ingredient):
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 100% Agave syrup (the amount you use depends on how much of a sweet tooth you have, we used just less than 2/3 of a cup)
- 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
- 1-2 teaspoons of vanilla (again to suit your taste)
Mix it with a whisk for a few seconds, then pour into your prepared ice-cream maker (as per the maker's instructions).
